Beware of imitators!

While numerous other companies are selling 1 throttle body marketed under different names, only BBK has a unique design. Those companies are pushing the notion that the brass gears in their throttle bodies are the best for smooth operation. On the contrary, brass geared electronically controlled throttle bodies can actually wear out the expensive Ford electric motor prematurely.

Some of these companies even mention that their units require a tune to function properly, which is an immediate red flag. A properly designed and set-up throttle body should only need a minor TPS adjustment at best to make it work 100%.
