Stage 1 - 2200 Brass Plus


The CCI 2200 Brass Plus performance kit is designed for the moderate enthusiast for those who require a unit superior to stock replacement. This kit will deliver an estimated 20-40% increase in torque capacity. This unit uses the CCI Brass Plus with Steel Back Facings. We have found through extensive research and development that this material clearly leads the industry in coefficient of friction, burst strength, and heat dissipation. These facings are riveted to an exclusive CCI extreme torque dampened performance disc that incorporates eight heavy duty springs with reinforced retainer rivets.

The CCI 2250 Brass Plus / Cerametalic performance kit is engineered to deliver a 65-70% increase in Torque capacity for heavy duty street use. This unit is designed for the cost sensitive enthusiast who still enjoys the benefit of the dissimilar materials. This combination allows superb holding power with great clutch life in moderately enthusiastic conditions.

Stage 2.5 - 2375 Segmented Kevlar/Cerametalic


The CCI 2375 Segmented Kevlar / Cerametalic performance kit is engineered to deliver a 60-65% increase in holding capacity with a little snappier engagement than the Stage 2. By adding the Ceramic to the plate side we enhance the torque capacity. This combination allows superb holding power with increased clutch life making the 2375 Series Clutch ideal for selected street/strip.

Stage 3 - 2300 Segmented Kevlar


The CCI 2300 Segmented Kevlar performance kit delivers a 40-60% increase in holding capacity by using a segmented steel backed Kevlar facing on both the pressure plate side and flywheel side on our CCI high-torque clutch disc. The Kevlar friction material is non-abrasive and has a life expectancy of 2-3 times more than the typical clutch material. This kit is designed for the moderate street enthusiast, with moderate power enhancers, to enjoy smooth engagement and long life. The 2300 series kit requires significant break-in and mandatory new flywheel surface.

Stage 4 - 2600 Segmented Cerametalic


The CCI 2600 Segmented Cerametalic Kit is the ultimate street strip combination for the enthusiastic road warrior and weekend racer. This assembly delivers increased torque capacity of 80-100% while maintaining reasonably smooth engagement. This is accomplished by maintaining a Marcel wafer and a sprung hub and utilizing a segmented cerametalic friction material on both sides.


HP Ratings: 650hp (Ford) and 700hp (GM)

Stage 5 - 0620 Six Puck Ceramic Rigid


For those who require penetrating engagement and/or continue to break springs, the CCI 0620 Six Pad Rigid Kit is the direction you should consider. Similar to the 1620 disc described above, but the 0620 is a rigid assembly without springs. This solid disc with ceramic buttons delivers a 120-250% increase in holding capacity and should be used only be the driver that requires instantaneous power. The solid high torque disc engages and disengages instantly. This should be considered a race only clutch and harsh engagement should be expected.

Ceramic - 1620 Six Puck Ceramic Sprung


We're racing now! The CCI 1620 Six Pad Sprung Kit features ceramic pucks riveted to the CCI high torque sprung clutch disc. This kit delivers a 120-200% increase in holding capacity with very quick engagement. The 1620 Series assembly is an extreme duty clutch assembly for the serious street or road racer. This CCI disc incorporates a sprung center that dampens and reduces the impact and shock loads to the transmission. A serious clutch that delivers.
